Lawrence Okolie impressively dropped Luke Watkins in a devastating fashion to claim the Commonwealth cruiserweight title. The British boxer sent Watkins packing in the third round with a show of power, handing him over his 9th professional win, with no losses.
Lawrence Okolie’s impressive start sent his opponent Watkins into defense, and despite taking in series of body shots in the second round, Okolie battled back in the third round to flatten Watkins.
Though Watkins attempted continuing with the fight after going down, the awaiting Lawrence Okolie never gave him the chance, as he landed series of unblocked power shots on him, forcing the referee to end the bout.
